CARMA has changed the Luncheon Reservation Procedure !

The attached form lists the meal (entree) options for the luncheon.

After making your selection, send an email to the
Luncheon Administrator using the link also attached below.

Payment will be at the luncheon by cash or check.

Without a reservation, these meal options will not be
available, and a substitute meal will be the only choice.

To view the actual reservation form for the month, simply CLICK on the Sample Menu Below. Then, you could print the form, select an entree, and send an email!
